Over the past few days especially, we have come to realize and appreciate how meticulous Rob is. Elston and I both appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service both you and Rob exhibit and the attention to detail that has been maintained. We are very happy with the outcome of our project and know we are going to love living in it. The only problem is that now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison. But, if we ever need remodeling again, we will certainly know who to call. We feel blessed that we found Curb Appeal and were able to create the look and feel we wanted when we had no idea where to begin. You were very patient with us when we didn't know what we wanted and kept changing our minds. You conduct your business very professionally and with integrity, showing up when you say you will and doing what you say you are going to do. Honest contractors can be hard to find. Our experience was great from start to finish. We didn't know exactly what we wanted - and Robin was great at helping us visualize the bath room. Rob overcame all obstacles that we threw his way. Overall, we couldn't have been happier - they exceeded all of our expectations. We have heard about other people's nightmares - we had nothing that came close to that. The finished product turned out great. We love showing it off to our family and friends. Great people to work with.

It was a perfect experience. To have something going on in your house....you feel kind of nervous. You have to trust who you're working with. I never had any worries with them. I felt completely confident knowing they were going to do exactly what they said they would do, and if anything went wrong, they would fix it. Working with Curb Appeal was a great experience.

I was most satisfied with the timeliness of the project through its progress and completion and also keeping the job site clean because we lived through it. We did not move out of the house. I don't know how they could provide better service than they provide now. Their communication and marketing was very good. There were a couple of glitches along the way that you have with any construction project which they solved in one or two days. They did just great.
